Impressive... I was born vegan and now my mom is vegan also!
If you are new to veganism this may not happen or take some time.
But been born vegan (lactose intolerant), now 40 years old this 2019, and can see it all!
Are any of your brothers or sisters, mom or dad, vegan or vegetarian? Let me tell you, never saw them avoid milk or meat before. I used to be given goat milk, then cow milk, so life sucked shopping at markets in the 80s and 90s.
Then as I reached being 40 years old this 2019 my mom saw how different, effective and strong a healthy vegan diet is. And it’s so True!
So she decided to switch to veganism, avoid cows, cheese and become 100% vegan!
(July 2019) My young brother is younger but has some white hair and had 2 kidney stones already. For sure not following a healthy diet but I do my best to try to motivate him to drop some junk foods, sugar drinks and some crap he buys at the stores.
(July 2019) My older sister grew up drinking tons of Coca-Cola soda drinks, eating crappy sugar loaded ice creams and being "treated nice" by family members with shitty desserts as gifts, etc, etc. I got to watch it all and never ate the processed packaged products I saw at our markets.
My younger sister ate so much sugar loaded desserts her lifetime that the dentist reveleaded major issues this year as well. I won't even mention them here.
The Adolescence of Veganism: Risks and Benefits
I can share its risk... I did suffer the lack of products in my city Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, so eating balanced meals were a daily fight. I mean, a 3 times a day freaking fight.
Now their negatives and obvious that I got to see were this:
1st both my sisters and all my girlfriends had their periods at a young age, like 12 or 11 sometimes, but mine was when I was 18, meaning when I was a teenager, not a freaking kid trying to play. I couldn't even play at the pool with them because they had to wait a week.
2nd their breasts were a lot larger then mine, and still are, plus they had breasts popping inside bras at age 12. WTF? It was like they drank milk from their mom then kept drinking tons of milk out of cows for years, plus eating nasty cheese from multiple cows who were not their moms and their bodies pre-matured at 12 and so. Shocking to me. ;O
3rd They haven't quit their dairy and meat lifestyles. So now coming back to shape plus detoxing after a certain age might be too late. To all my friends and family: Hurry up!
I visited my mom and taught her even more positive and happy details.
You can buy organic fruits and vegetables, plus the regular ones as well in Brazil, just focus on which ones pop out of under the soil
Carrots are under the soil, so they get spraid heavily but they are not feeling all the pain, so not as bad as buying regular carrots.
Now strawberries are the worst!! Not only they grow double the size they are sprayed like an attack, impossible to clean or wash. Told my mom: "You eating this shitty non-organic strawberry, is like sucking a straw of toxins. Good luck and it takes courage!"
So my mom learned all and now cooks fiber rich brown rice under flavorful herbs, plus nutritions lil rolls of veggies and unique healhty fruits choices daily.
No more meat! Wowww!!! :O
Well my brother didn’t accept the changes yet, just had the 2nd kidney stone and gains weight annually on junky sugar drinks I can’t even look at. You might know these drinks as well. Just look at your bottles. If it says zero nutrition, and their sugar rates are like 20% or more. Then really, ridiculous, stop drinking it!! Or either way, do what you want, you will receive what you get! Just don't drink or eat unhealthy choices too often.
Here is 1 more video. Been sharing many unique lessons from my friends. See what you think.
"Since its inception, plastic has changed the world as we know it. It's cheap, versatile, and makes up most of the objects we use on a daily basis. But the material has some major drawbacks: It uses non-renewable oil resources, and it sticks around forever, which is a big problem considering the frequency that we dump this material back into landfills.
Now, scientists and designers are looking to an unlikely source that they hope will eventually replace plastic when it comes some of these everyday material uses- they're looking to fungus.
In this episode of Upgrade, Motherboard dives head first into the R+D world surrounding the development of fungi as a viable replacement for plastic, and the people who hope it can lead to a better and more sustainable future."
