Finding the right vegan men, boyfriend, husband? Is that possible?

I've been watching all friends and they love their cheese, milk, bbq and beyond. But why? I can see it’s their feeling and their trust, not their nutritional knowledge.

But let’s walk around at markets like Publix or Ralph’s and we can give them an answer to ALL!!

  • Vegan cheese. They might say: This is not cheese, it's not from a cow and look at all the ingredients it took to create this product!! You might have to reply: True! That's just to help others transiction from their addictions and cow milk to a vegan natural diet.
  • Dairy milk. They might say: I drink dairy milk daily and need this product, the vegan milk doesn't have enough calcium and protein. You might reply: The truth is almond milk provides more calcium than cow's milk and more protein than rice or cashews, so I love drinking it in the morning. I buy the chocolate vegan almond milk, but the unsweetened is the healthiest one (I do buy the healthy ones sometimes too, lol).
  • Almond milk. They might say: I'm not going to pay double the price for this product. You can reply: Well, it's just a few scents more nowadays. $3.20 vs $3.80 or even much less on $2.64. That's because dairy doesn't even offer on Amazon version because it MUST be refrigerated. If milk is not, it grows bacteria and it becomes a nasty rotten shitty product where an illness can develop.
  • Dairy ice-cream. They might say: This product is delicious and been eating it my whole life. I don't wanna miss enjoying it sometimes. You can reply again: True! Vegan or non-vegan, these products are sugar based so better to select the coconut or cashew based ones with less sugar.
  • I can buy this entire store, he might say. You can reply: We all can, but it's full of processed and non-healthy products. I select the ones which are healthier.

Same with the fruits and vegetables at anymarket. Make sure you follow the GMO food charts. I for sure only buy organic strawberries since they are not sprayed toxins! The top 10 list must be purchased organic.

?? Do you guys supplement with DHA/EPA omega 3ís?! ?? ? ?? Supplementing with a good DHA/EPA omega 3 might be a good idea for everyone to consider, vegan or not! I used to think that just eating enough omega 3ís in the form of ALA through flax, chia and hemp seeds was good enough but changed my mind about that a year or so ago after doing more research into DHA/EPA long chain fatty acids. ?? ? ?? A supplement derived from marine algae is a better option for everyone, mainly due to the vastly increased amount of contaminants in fish-derived supplements such as methylmercury and PCBís that bioaccumulate up the marine food chain. Almost all fish, ESPECIALLY predatory fish, are extremely high in harmful contaminants due to the poor condition of our oceans. The options derived from marine algae are vegan friendly, fairly cheap and may be very beneficial to our long term health. Mississippi Vegan is 5 years old! Thatís right, I made my 1st post this exact week in 2014. At the time I was living in NYC, working 3 jobs and I had NO idea how to style or shoot food. But I started posting anyways. . My instinct was to share exactly what I wanted to see- creating the account that *I* would want to follow. During that 1st year, I wasnít even thinking about making money- I was just having FUN. I realized that the food I grew up eating was special and that people needed good veganized recipes. So thatís what I posted! . Five years later, I have an active blog, a cookbook with Penguin Random House, a significant following (with lots of fabulous people!), a full-time career (making enough to sustain myself and pay a small staff), an amazing group of talented colleagues that inspire me daily and (surprise!) Iím about to launch my YouTube channel soon. . For any of you out there looking for tips or tricks, hereís what Iíve learned: . Have fun! If Iím not having fun, I do *not* create good content. Therefore, that is my main goal- all of the time. Seriously. . Ask for help! I have a team of amazing people working with me including a web guy, two copyeditors, a Pinterest girl, two kitchen assistants, and a sponsored content manager. I would be miserable without my team and I adore them. (Thank you, Lindsay, Lissa, Leigh, KK, Josh, April, and LaLa!) . Tap into your heart. Focus on what makes you unique and celebrate that. . Set strong boundaries. I say ĎNo, thank you!í to opportunities ALL of the time. My goal is to create a balanced scheduled that allows me to have fun and be creative, not stressed and stifled. . YOU dictate what social media is to YOU. I know many people say itís not real, but to me, social media is VERY real. It allows me to connect with an audience of people where my recipes come to life in their homes and kitchens. Also, to my delight, Iíve become a source of laughter for many with my stories. This 2020: Which countries are the most vegan friendly?

This past year I have received and noticed emails from many man, from many countries, including England, Great Britain, Asia and more. And looked at the studies and online surveys.

  1. Berlin, Germany. Famous amongst vegans for being an absolute haven of vegan spots and delicious food, Berlin boasts an incredible number of vegan cafes, restaurants and bars. ...
  2. Tel Aviv, Israel
  3. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  4. Budapest, Hungary
  5. Chiang Mai, Thailand
  6. Warsaw, Poland
  7. Prague, Czech Republic
  8. Taipei, Taiwan

Since my dad is from Germany, and I have the citinzenship as well I was heppy to see they are one of the top countries going vegan.

To add to their culture, the Europeans started posting educational videos on how to grow your own food, your own home and even quit careers and focus more on health.
