Are the new vegans experiencing the huge 2020 changes?

If you are new to veganism or vegetarian diets you sure will, because we will all help!

I know I was born vegan lactose intolerant and had a difficult time in Brazil. But when visiting Brazil this 2019 I felt like you guys here in the USA: A Happy New Vegan!!!

There are so many new vegan products and communities available now that I got to try them all.

Are you switching from a vegetarian diet to a vegan diet?

If you said yes, so are they now, and the lessons are being taught all over the country.

To new vegans:

  • 1st try the many recipes you know you can find online, under Instagram, under Facebook, YouTube and all. You will find your favorites.
  • 2nd slowly add the new ingredients you need for your specific diet. Remember that as we teach on the Functional Veganism Guide, each body and personality need an unique diet. Not all are for all! Athletes need more protein. Computer brainy girls and boys need more brain feeding foods, etc.
  • Now let’s start criticizing vegan products and stick to the quality and nutritional ones.

When veganism wasn't a popular word yet, I would go to the market and find nothing vegan... but now, the amount of crappy foods are also huge! Learn to read the food labels, their sugar keywords and make sure to avoid buying the over processed ones.

So many of us have lost the ability to eat intuitively. ?? Did you know that our stomachs have receptors that indicate to us when we're hungry, and when we're full? Our bodies want to be working WITH us, not against us. . But when we eat meat, dairy, eggs, oils, and other high-calorie processed foods it becomes almost impossible to "feel" when we're full. We'd have to eat WAY more calories than we need to activate those tummy stretch receptors. . Eating plant-based whole foods that are rich in fiber can change that. We can once again start to tune into our bodies and sense when we are hungry, when we need to eat more food, and when we're full (without loading up on way too many calories). We can stop counting calories and start to eat intuitively. . This graphic helps explain why so many people tend to fall to their "natural" weight when they start eating plant-based. You'll often see people eating plant-based lose weight even though they are eating more food than before because even though they’re eating more volume, they’re eating far fewer calories. . So, friends, let's work with our bodies and fill our bellies with healthy, nutrient-rich whole foods! - @MichelleCehn ???????

While being vegan has also became a hot celebrity topic in the USA, celebrities in other countries are also getting started to gain attention under it all. They actually centered the green foods now in their plates hoping it will bring them more money as well as more fans! lol

Chefs being hired at restaurants, franchises and hotels are also helping add vegan options, but not 100% yet.

Let’s motivate them and ask them by asking "What vegan options do you guys offer here at this restaurant?"!

I will also share the many videos and youtube channels getting started. Here are some for 2020:

"We ask medical doctors at a nutrition conference about some of the side effects of a plant based diet."

Are you or a loved one fighting cancer? Here are big lessons I learned from german scientist Dr. Johanna Budwig plus anti-cancer Dr. Gene Wei. Tip: Vegans can learn anti-cancer recipes and simply replace the cottage cheese for organic vegan yogurt.
