Crimini Mushrooms: Rich in B5

Crimini Mushrooms: Rich in B5

Vegan Survival: Immune
Food: Brazil Nuts
Nutrient: Rich in B5 (pantothenic acid)

Benefit: One of vitamin B5's lesser known functions is to promote anti-body production in the body. The crimini mushroom is a rich vegan source of vitamin B5.

Cooked to Perfection!

Raw mushrooms contain irritants that are eliminated by cooking. To get the most from your mushrooms, cook them... but no longer than 7 minutes.

Vitamin B5 is not so stable in food, and much of it can be lost through cooking, processing, and even freezing. So make sure your crimini mushrooms are fresh, and be careful not to overcook them.
