Soy Free | Raw (option)
• 2 cups almond milk
• 1 cup frozen blackberry
• 1 cup frozen mango
• ¼ cup raw walnuts
• 2 tablespoons flax seeds
• ½ cup ice
• Dates or vegan sweetener
to taste (optional)
Be sure to use raw almond milk if available.
If not, you can make it yourself by blending
raw almonds with water, and filtering through
cheesecloth. Adjust the water to nut ratio
until desired level of creaminess is achieved!
1. Combine ingredients in
blender. Blend until smooth.
